Sie brauchen nicht mehr eine Ausreisegenmehmigung und eine Einladung, es gen\u00fcgen ein Pass und ein Visum f\u00fcr das Gastland. N\u00e4heres steht <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faz.net\/aktuell\/politik\/ausland\/kuba-neue-reisefreiheit-mit-hindernissen-12024707.html\" target=\"_blank\">in der <em>FAZ<\/em><\/a>. Ich denke oft an Kuba, seit ich mit Giovanna 2002 dort war. Damals war Fidel noch gesund, und Anfang 2008 trat er von allen seinen \u00c4mtern zur\u00fcck. Jetzt muss er 86 Jahre alt sein.\u00a0\u00a0<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/manipogo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kubaaa.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2115\" title=\"kubaaa\" src=\"https:\/\/manipogo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kubaaa-164x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"164\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/manipogo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kubaaa-164x300.jpg 164w, https:\/\/manipogo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kubaaa.jpg 540w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 164px) 100vw, 164px\" \/><\/a>Nat\u00fcrlich ist die Ma\u00dfnahme sch\u00f6n. Jedoch haben die einen kein Geld f\u00fcr Reisen, und die anderen \u2013 Intellektuelle und Sportler \u2013 l\u00e4sst man trotzdem nicht aus dem Land. Wie wenig Geld die Kubaner haben, dar\u00fcber herrscht Uneinigkeit. Die Regierung errechnet ein unwahrscheinliches Pro-Kopf-Einkommen; allerdings kommen mir 20 Dollar durchschnittliches Monatseinkommen, von der FAZ erw\u00e4hnt, auch niedrig vor. 1997 im Fischer-Weltalmanach hei\u00dft es: 800 Dollar im Jahr. Das reicht mit Flug vielleicht f\u00fcr einen 14-t\u00e4gigen Aufenthalt in Miami, bei Verwandten vielleicht.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1,4 Millionen Kubaner leben in den USA, und 11 Millionen sind es insgesamt \u2013 also die B\u00fcrger Bayerns, auf einer Fl\u00e4che von Bayern und Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg zusammen. Wir waren damals auf einer Rundreise, die am Meer bei einem Hotelaufenthalt endete. Havanna sahen wir, das Haus Hemingways und Santiago de Cuba. Das zehnst\u00f6ckige Hotel mit dem Pianisten in der Bar ganz oben, und erst die erotische Atmosph\u00e4re, unglaublich!
