Unbedeutend eigentlich, vernachl\u00e4ssigbar; man hat reagiert, hat sich treiben lassen und am Ende das Gef\u00fchl, man h\u00e4tte das Leben eines anderen gelebt, wie es Jorge Luis Borges ausdr\u00fcckte; oder man h\u00e4tte gelebt wie in Trance, am Rande aller Ereignisse. Beruhigend, dass manch ein Dichter das \u00e4hnlich sah &#8230; <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Eugenio Montale (1896-1981) war h\u00e4ufig Gast auf diesen Seiten. Einer seiner Gedichtb\u00e4nde hei\u00dft <em>Xenien<\/em>. Da denken wir an die Xenien Goethes und Schillers, 676 sollen sie verfasst haben, denn Xenien waren Epigramme, also kleine Gedichte, und der r\u00f6mische Dichter Martial machte sie bekannt. Die 7. Xenie Motales geht so (dies und das n\u00e4chste \u00fcbersetzt von Michael Marschall von Bieberstein):<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00bbIch war nie sicher, auf der Welt zu sein.\u00ab<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bbH\u00fcbsche Entdeckung\u00ab, gabst du mir zur\u00fcck, \u00bbund ich?\u00ab<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bbAch, du hast an der Welt genagt, wenn auch<\/em><br \/>\n<em>in hom\u00f6opathischen Dosen. Oktober 1972 geschrieben. lebte dann aber noch fast zehn Jahre. \u00bbVissi al cinque per cento, non aumentate la dose\u00ab, so klingt das auf Italienisch.
