Die D\u00e4cher der Kuppeln sind meistens blau, weil sie dem Himmel nahe sind und ihn uns noch n\u00e4her bringen k\u00f6nnen; oder uns ihm? Wen wohin? Egal. Das Himmelreich ist sowieso in uns drin. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die griechisch-orthodoxen Gemeinden gehen auf die ersten christlichen Gemeinden in ersten Jahrhundert unserer Zeitrechnung zur\u00fcck. In der Verfassung von 1952 wird sie <em>orientalisch-orthodoxe Kirche<\/em> genannt. Von der r\u00f6misch-katholischen unterscheidet sie nur, dass sie den Papst und auch dessen Unfehlbarkeit nicht anerkennt.\u00a0\u2014 Freuen wir uns an den Bildern, die etwas \u00dcbernat\u00fcrliches ausdr\u00fccken, was an dem tiefblauen Himmel, den strengen Linien und dem jungfr\u00e4ulichen Wei\u00df liegen mag. Dem Propheten Elias sind viele andere Kirchen gewidmet; wir sehen das Kloster auf dem Berg <em>Profiti Elias<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Der h\u00f6chste Berg jeder griechischen Insel tr\u00e4gt den Namen dieses Propheten, das ist eine alte Tradition, denn er verbarg sich einst auf dem Berg Hebron vor Nachstellungen (die Frau eines K\u00f6nigs wollte ihn t\u00f6ten lassen). Und dann sehen wir noch in eine Innerstes einer Kirche und hinauf in eine Kuppel.
