Bruno Ricci b\u00fc\u00dft sein Rad ein (gestohlen, <em>il ladro<\/em>: der Dieb) und sucht es im Rom der Nachkriegszeit, und am Ende will er sich selber eins stehlen und wird ertappt. Sein Sohn erlebt es mit. So endet der melancholische Schwarz-Wei\u00df-Film. <!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die Zeitung <a href=\"http:\/\/www.repubblica.it\/cronaca\/2013\/10\/31\/news\/furti_di_biciclette_in_italia_e_nel_mondo-69704561\/?ref=HREC1-26\" target=\"_blank\"><em>La Repubblica<\/em> schreibt<\/a>, in Italien w\u00fcrden t\u00e4glich 3000 Fahrr\u00e4der geklaut, also rund eine Million im Jahr. In Deutschland sind es nur 1000 am Tag (Statistik von 2008). Aber halt, lesen wir die Statistik genauer: \u2026. Wurden 360.000 R\u00e4der als gestohlen gemeldet. Aha. Geklaut werden mehr. Wieviel mehr, kann man in etwa angeben: Die Quote derer, die zur Polizei gehen, liegt in Mitteleuropa bei 70 Prozent. Sehr erfolgreich ist das nicht, nur jedes zehnte Rad wird wieder gefunden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/manipogo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSCN0053.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4698\" title=\"DSCN0053\" src=\"https:\/\/manipogo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSCN0053.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/manipogo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSCN0053.jpg 540w, https:\/\/manipogo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSCN0053-300x202.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<address class=\"wp-caption-dd\">Gesehen in der Schweiz<\/address>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In Italien gehen nur 20 Prozent zur Polizei, um den Diebstahl zu melden. Hat doch keinen Sinn, sagen sich wohl vier von f\u00fcnf Bestohlenen und gehen vielleicht wie Bruno Ricci zum Monsterflohmarkt Porta Portese oder schauen sich im eigenen Viertel um. Manchmal bekommt man tats\u00e4chlich gestohlene R\u00e4der angeboten (das war auch Riccis Hoffnung im Film: sein eigenes angeboten zu bekommen), die dann um die 40 Euro kosten. Die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fiab-onlus.it\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Federazione degli amici della bicicletta<\/em> <\/a>(Fiab), die ich aus r\u00f6mischer Zeit gut kenne, will heute in Mailand eine mit Hilfe des Internets entstandene Studie vorstellen. Was tut man gegen Fahrraddiebstahl, welche Erfahrungen gibt es? Die Fachleute raten dringend zur Meldung des Diebstahls, nur so tue man etwas gegen die Schurken.
